Teething and biting problems are definitely reduced, as well as shyness. The lessons are clear and supportive with hands-on guidance plus lots of help even after class. Glad that there were other puppies around as we learnt about interacting through others. Trainers were knowledgeable and patient and sharing from the heart. They are believers of the training and very consistent. The classes are not just for our "daughter" Avante, they were for us!
The class was very helpful for Dhaka's socialisation and the trainers have good patience and knowledge about puppy's growth and development. I also enjoy the casual nature of the class and the flexibility.
Classes are maintained in a small group and are easily controlled. Trainers provided very useful information and are pretty patient, we also see improved obedience in Yuki.

Lessons were great, we understand more on why our puppy was behaving that way and Mini is also happy to have met many new friends.
Our problems were toilet training, biting, barking and whining. The lessons helped us understand Baozai's behavior and emotions better. It also provided good knowledge on nutrition and grooming; and the interactions with fellow dog lovers and puppies also helped. Trainers are friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
Sunshine has barking problems and is not very obedient. The lessons are very good and accurate and her obedience has improved. I have a better understanding of dog behaviors thanks to the approachable and friendly trainers.
We found Gabby a bit hyper and always had "mad 5 mins". Through the lessons we managed to learn how to handle and understand his behavior and he has improved tremendously. There was also lessening of the "mad 5 mins". Both the trainers are very patient and provided us with good knowledge from grooming to dog's behaviors.
I have some problems with Charlie's barking, growling and hyper behaviors. I got so much relief from the lessons which I could understand very well, and the trainers were great!!
Puppylove is a very experienced and dedicated team, the trainers gave practical and hands on advice. We are able to practise at home and we did see a change in his behavior for the better.

The classes are without aggressive training. Trainers are knowledgeable with puppy behaviors. I gained better understanding on my dog's behaviors and my puppy went through socialization too. The greatest improvement was seeing my dog understanding basic obedience like 'Sit'.
The classes are fun and useful for our puppies, great teachers with experience. Provide us with lots of useful information and we have learnt a lot of new things on dogs. The trainer is very helpful and sincere in guiding us for our Donavan's behaviour and his problem with being choosy with food.

We wanted to teach Sonic sitting, potty training and basic training. The lessons allow Sonic to socialise and gives us solutions to deal with his mis-behaviors. We had very friendly and dedicated trainers, and we wished the lessons were longer!
We had problems with Jazz nipping and barking but now we all feel we enjoy Jazz more having attended the class. A very positive experience for owners and puppies. The trainers were excellent and were very professional and gave us all confidence. We felt that the name game where we learn the importance of the dog knowings its name, vital to her training and safety, is very sound advice! We will most certainly enroll for further classes.
The lessons were good and came with a lot of information, it was also nice that the dogs could play together. I was very satisfied.
We find Butter has obedience problems and chewing problems. After the lessons she is now more obedient and we find it very beneficial, thanks to the helpful and patient trainers.
The puppy class trainers have been very helpful. Taco has learnt to sit for treats and her toilet training has improved. The socialisation with other puppies is also a good experience for her :)
Patient, loving trainers whose focus is on positive reinforcements. Puppy class is useful for socializing the dogs, and also learning important fundamental issues of a puppy. Now Bubble is very good at basic commands such as "sit".
The classes were very well run and informative, also we managed to get a lot done in four lessons. Puppylove trainers are professional, as well as personable.
Angela helped greatly in giving us hope for handling our first puppy! Ellie had a great time interacting with the other puppies.
We were facing toilet training and chewing problems with Cash, and the lessons were especially useful for first time dog owners. It really helped us to train our dog much easier and the trainers were very patient and helpful. We also really appreciated that they stayed back to help us to address our problems.
Friendly trainer, class conducted in a relaxed and clean environment. Methods taught were effective. We learnt how to stop whinning and how to train. His whining and barking has reduced a fair bit now.

Friendly and great knowledge and insights, personalised class addressing general and specific enquiries. We learnt more about how to handle Spock using motivation and opportunity to socialize. Greatest improvement was us as dog owners, to stop "guessing" and learn how to handle Spock confidently.
We wanted to teach Avante focus and learn to handle her biting, also to get her to walk willingly.The lessons had good information, very hands-on, clear, concise and personal to individual doggies. As usual the trainers were extremely patient and kind. It was good to meet other owners and share stories of successes, as well as failures. I was able to socialize and network, and find out more about Singapore dog parks. My dog is happier and more adjusted now that she knows her limits and her rules.
The lesson is interesting and the trainers are patient. The course let us learn more about dogs and I gained a great deal of knowledge. I'm now able to handle my dog at home as I was inexperienced with dogs being a first time dog owner. I liked learning the positive handling of dogs and the help we got for toilet training was very useful. Caramel is much friendlier with other dogs now and very confident as well.

Interesting, informative and lots of tips on dog training provided. Very patient trainers and I can feel their genuine love for dogs. Learnt that sterilisation could be helpful and to be consistent in commands to train Bingo.
The trainers are friendly and helpful and we have sufficient practices in class, we would say that overall the course has been very useful.
Leo is a hyper-active dog who isn't as motivated by treats as by praise and affection. The trainers helped us understand what will work for our dog. The lessons moved at a pace suitable for Leo as well, who may not pick things up as fast as the other dogs in the class. We really want to thank the trainers for their one-on-one time to help Leo progress better, and also for helping to give us advice on other problems that were not obedience-related. Most of all, we also managed to develop our own training skills!
Caden was not sociable with other dogs and was very timid, also we had problems with his toilet training. We also could not teach him to do stays.
Trainers are very good with the dogs and also very patient. The course is very informative and definitely taught my wife and myself a lot on our dog.
Classes are very well-planned and methodical, trainers are patient and helpful, clearly explaining the behaviour of the dogs and how to handle the dogs at home and outside. The class had a good trainer to dogs ratio. Angela is friendly, trains with a laid back, relaxed attitude; not imposing. Hope they can provide more classes on agility or flysports and more space would be nice!
Kenny and Angela are knowledgeable and patient, yet firm. Most importantly, encouraging. The classes were jam packed with useful tips to use in our daily lives. I now understand the importance of consistency, and understand Chutney's own unique personality.
The trainers were patient with the dogs, classes are very useful. They are also good at handling dogs and very knowledgeable. We found the information we got about dogs, their eating habits and so on, the training for obedience commands are the most useful parts of the course. Our dog now listens and answers to his name and follows when he is told to do something. He also became braver!

Goldie was an unsocialised dog and would hide from other dogs. The lessons have provided her with the chance to socialise with other dogs and learn the basic commands as well. Also, I find the trainers very good and understanding.

Classes are good and a lot of useful information, Kenny and Angela did a great job. The most useful part was learning to train my dog in a friendly way. And when I see the dog happy and wanting to work for me in a friendly way.
We find the lessons very good, with individual explanations and lots of fun. The trainers were always friendly, open minded and competent. They also answered a lot of individual questions. We hope to join the advanced lessons!
Puppylove helped me manage my dog and understand why he does the things he does. It also helped him socialise more and get along with the other dogs.

Huxley had the problem of nuisance barking. The lessons allowed us to train him effectively and also useful for understanding dog behavior. The first few lessons are particularly helpful and the trainers have been patient and knowledgeable. Plus, the lessons were great for dog socialisation. 
I find the lessons easy to implement/practice at home, and they are really good in the sense that there is a nice pace and they are effective too. Trainers are patient, caring and and excellent with animals and Renzo now answers to his name, and knows how to do sit, down and stay!
Summer now has improved obedience and I'd recommend Puppylove to others.
Trainers are very patient and know their stuff well. It's been very fun and interactive in the class. A fruitful lesson for me as it makes me understand how to train the dogs better and in a positive manner. I was able to teach my other 2 dogs with the things I learnt from the classes. Good class for first time dog owners.

Colby was barking a lot, as well as biting things that he should not. But over the weeks he has improved a lot, overall the lessons are good and we are quite satisfied with the classes. Benjamin was shy and the course helped Ben to get more confident. I managed to get real practical tips and could try and learn it at home. The trainers were fun and kind and I gained much from the class.
Classes are easy to follow, trainers are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They are very attentive to my dog's behaviour also. I am able to calm my active dog and to make him follow basic commands. He is now controllable.

Oreo is not good at focusing and we need to socialize him with other dogs. We're glad the training is all friendly methods without using any choke chains and the trainers are well-educated to conduct the lessons.
The trainers has patience for the dogs really. The information gathered about food, sterilization and day to day tips to handle our dogs is really useful. My puppy is now able to be more "controllable" as compared to the past and now is able to socialise with other dogs. His socialization improved a lot!
Lessons were very good and we were shocked at what dogs are capable of doing. Bam Bam behaves better at home now and is calmer. The trainers were very nice and knew what they were doing.
Mocca has learnt to sit and stay very well. She is good at staying (or waiting) even if there's food in front of her because we do it everytime before we feed her. Trainers explain everything very well for all the lessons and it is easy for all of us to understand (even Mocca!)
Tikka won't come when called, always tugging on leash and runs out to the road when the gate is open. The good thing about the lessons is that they are thorough on sit and stay, although we wished to also spend more time working on his walks.
